Periods of heavy rains from the 16th into the early morning hours of the 18th (totaling 1 to 3 inches) on top of saturated ground, resulted in a slow rise of water levels on the Pike river in northeast Kenosha county. Roads in and near the Petrifying Springs Park were flooded, as well as in other parts of the county. The usual resident and business flooded was noted, with several cars and much lawn equipment being damaged.
