Late afternoon and evening thunderstorms resulted in locally heavy rain and small hail across northeast New York.Flash flooding/Flooding was reported along Lake Shore Drive and Rte 9 in Chazy (Clinton County) with several brooks out of their banks between 1800-1900 EST.Pea size hail was reported in Chazy, NY (Clinton County). Several trees were blown down by 30 knot winds since the soil was saturated.
