Additional rainfall of 2 to 3 inches over western Bandera County resulted in flash flooding through the early morning hours. Rainfall totals from the evening of the 27th through the morning of the 28th were between 3 and 5 inches, with up to 7 inch totals in the southwest corner of the county.
