An isolated thunderstorm crossed Allegany County bringing strong winds and heavy rains to Angelica, Belfast and Amity. The thunderstorm winds downed trees and power lines. Trees fell on several houses and crushed an unoccupied pickup truck. Flash flooding from the heavy rains washed out several roads in Belfast and Amity. A State of Emergency was declared in Amity.
