Another major winter storm wreaked havoc across eastern Kentucky February 20th and 21st. This storm caused significant ice and snow accumulations across the area, along with flooding in several counties around the area. The bulk of the snow was confined to the counties along the Virginia border, where more than a foot of heavy wet snow fell in places.
