Rains of 1.5 to 3 inches caused flooding around Dudley Gap, Ona, Culloden, and Milton in Cabell County. The Milton Police reported some mobile homes had to be evacuated. About 40 families were affected by the high water in Cabell County. The same rains affected western Putnam County. One rain gauge in Hurricane had 2.5 inches.
