A cold front moved into Vermont during the late afternoon and evening of Monday, June 29th. Thunderstorms developed along and ahead of this front with locally heavy rainfall. Flash flooding resulted in road washouts in and around Ricker Mills. Specifically, road washouts were reported in the Ricker Campgrounds (Caledonia county).
