An area of low pressure tracked across New York and New England during the late night of Friday (June 26) and morning of Saturday (June 27). Heavy convective rains fell with 3 to 6 inches across the county. Extensive flooding occurred, especially along the Mad River. Most of the damage was concentrated in the Warren and Waitsfield areas.
