Scattered showers and thunderstorms formed late in the evening of October 1st, moving slowly northward and continuing to reform between the towns of Hondo, Medina and Bandera. The most consistent rainfall remained over northwest Medina County and much of Bandera County through the early morning hours, then began to spread northward across Kerr and Gillespie Counties.
