Up to ten inches of rain fell across the northwest half of Beauregard Parish. De Ridder reported significant flooding of primary and secondary streets. Over twenty roads were closed around the parish due to high waters, including highways 27, 111, and 1147. Several sections of roads were completely washed away, including six miles of LA 394. Residents on Bundick Lake reported water in homes due to high lake levels.
