Rainfall averaging between 3 and 4 inches fell over much of Bandera and Kerr Counties, with the heaviest amount between 5 and 6 inches falling near Mountain Home in northern Kerr County. Many low water crossings were flooded across the two counties. The Bandera Sheriff's department also reported that the thunderstorms blew down trees in Bandera.
