Summary of events for June 30 1999:A line of scattered thunderstorms first developed to the west of Tulsa around 300 AM CDT on the morning of June 30. This line of storms quickly filled in to become a solid line, or a nocturnal MCS, racing southeast toward east-central Oklahoma. Along the way, these storms produced several severe wind reports and torrential rainfall.Some of the heavier rainfall reports from the morning's rainfall include: Lyons...3.22", Jenks...2.74", Mannford...2.68", Dustin
