Thunderstorms redeveloping frequently over Medina, Uvalde and Bandera Counties, produced widespread rain accumulations of 3 to 4 inches. Isolated totals of up to 6 inches were reported in the area from Bandera to Medina to Uvalde and Hondo. Sheriff's Departments in the three counties reported numerous roads flooded and closed through the early morning hours.
