Intense rainfall from a thunderstorm caused flash flooding in the city of Fulton during the late afternoon hours. Just over an inch of rain fell in less than a half hour. The flowing water washed away the foundation and collapsed basement walls of two houses on Seneca street. Flood waters also caused damage at the Fulton Urgent Care facility.
