Thunderstorms slowly moved across the Finger Lakes region producing heavy rains. Reports of up to three inches of rain were received. Flash flooding occurred near Reed Corners on Route 63 at Parker Hill Road, near PreEmption on County Road near Route 6, and in Geneva on Route 14.
