A nearly stalled upper level system brought 4 straight days of moderate to heavy rainfall over sections of northeast Nebraska. Around 5 inches of rain was reported around the Humphrey area which produced some minor lowland flooding near and just south of town along Tracey Creek. The flooding washed some gravel off of county roads and flooded a few low farm fields near town.
