Strong support in the winds above the ground, caused showers and thunderstorms to form in the lower Ohio Valley during the evening of the 20th. Dew points were in the low and mid 50s. ||The cluster of showers, with a few embedded thunderstorms, streaked through southern Ohio from 0300E to 1200E on the 21st. ||A narrow west to east band of enhanced rain fell across central Lawrence County into southern Gallia County. An automatic rain gauge in Dean State Forest of Lawrence County measured 1.4
