During the afternoon of the 24th, a few strong storms formed along an outflow boundary in north central Oklahoma. Later that evening and overnight into the 25th, despite a strong cap, storms formed across when a 700mb wave moved through central Oklahoma enhanced by the low level jet. These storms trained across central and eastern Oklahoma causing some flooding issues.
