Wet thunderstorms moving to the north and northeast at 20 mph produced heavy rainfall over parts of the East Slopes and North Cascades including parts of the Okanogan Valley. The resulting heavy rainfall produced some debris flows and Flash floods near Methow, Brewster and Carlton in Okanogan County of Washington.
