A very moist, tropical airmass in the wake of Tropical Storm Colin remained across east-central Florida. An approaching weather disturbance aloft combined with a sea breeze boundary near the Brevard County coast caused training of showers and storms. Persistent rains result in roadway flooding within southern Brevard County.
