July 6-7, 2016 was an active couple of days across northeastern Kansas and northwestern Missouri. On the morning of July 6, there were a few isolated storms that produced some minor damage to some outbuildings and trees in Linn County, Missouri. Then on the morning of July 7th a large MCS bow moved out of eastern Nebraska and brought widespread wind damage to most of the area.
