Hurricane Hermine impacted northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia during the afternoon of Sept. 1st through Sept. 2nd as the storm tracked inland near Cedar Key Florida as a Category 1 hurricane Thursday night, then tracked northward across SE Georgia through early Friday morning.
