On the evening of August 26, 2016 a line of strong storms formed in northeastern Kansas, and then moved into northwestern Missouri. Embedded within the line of storms was a supercell, which formed earlier in the evening. This supercell produced some isolated strong wind gusts, most likely associated with the RFD. It also went on to produce a weak tornado that lasted 10 minutes and traveled 4 miles. The only damage associated with this tornado was a few tree limbs and power lines. Later in the e
