Several waves of heavy rainfall moved along a slow moving frontal boundary which led to flooding in a few spots. Rainfall of one to four inches occurred across the state. The highest totals over three inches were in southwestern New Jersey. These include 3.99 inches at Upper Deerfield, 3.75 inches at Sewell, 3.78 inches in Sicklerville and 3.15 inches in Estell manor. On the Great Egg Harbor river at gauge at Folsom went over flood stage reaching 6.1 feet. Also The gauge at Norma on the Maurice
