Heavy rain of 1-4 inches on June 3rd on saturated soils caused several instances of flooding in the western suburbs of Baltimore. Separately, the combined effects of several days of rain created somewhat widespread river flooding which continued to affect portions of the area through the early morning hours of June 6th.
