Thunderstorms with locally heavy rains moved across portions of southwest Wisconsin during the late evening of September 19th into the early morning of the 20th. These storms mainly impacted Grant County where rainfall totals ranged from 2 to 4 inches, with locally higher amounts. The main impact from the heavy rain was some water over a few county roads.
