Oct 1, 2018

With the ground already saturated from rain that fell in September, flash flooding occurred on the first day of October after a round of thunderstorms moved across southwest Wisconsin. Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches were common across Grant County and the runoff from this rain caused water to go over State Highway 81 east of Cassville and near Ellenboro.
