Persistent rain fell across much of eastern Kentucky this day, with amounts totaling 1 to 1.5 inches. This led to minor flooding across portions of Magoffin and Pulaski Counties due to the antecedent wet conditions. Additionally, Kentucky Highway 615 in Powell County was closed due to a mudslide.
