With a surface trough northwest of the islands and an upper trough over the western part of the state, heavy showers and thunderstorms developed in a very moist environment. The downpours led to flash flooding conditions on Oahu for a time on the 25th and early on the 26th. However, there were no reports of serious property damage or injuries.
