A complex of thunderstorms produced isolated areas of flash flooding Wednesday morning as it moved in from the northwest. Storms weakened around midday, but redeveloped across the southern counties Wednesday afternoon. One of these storms produced a brief tornado in the Elliott area of Robertson County.
