Flood — Morgan, IN

Flooding occurred across central Indiana due to heavy rain. Rain of five to more than eight inches fell on the 18th and 19th in much of southern Indiana near and south of U.S. Highway 50. Many areas of southern Indiana were paralyzed for two or more days as a result. Martin County declared an emergency and told drivers to stay off the roads until flood waters receded.
