A line of thunderstorms developed across west Texas and moved east into eastern Oklahoma during the early morning hours on the 16th. The strongest storms within this line produced damaging winds across parts of northeast Oklahoma. Thunderstorms continued into the evening hours, resulting in localized flash flooding in Tulsa.
