Tropical Storm Nestor impacted portions of the Florida panhandle and big bend on October 19th. The system was a minimal tropical storm with impacts mainly limited to along the coast. Some coastal flooding occurred with a few trees and power lines blown down as well. Wind gusts reached 50 mph along the Franklin county coast as measured by the St George Island bridge WeatherSTEM site.
