A stationary cold front draped south of the state inflicted multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms on June 30th, which resulted in heavy rainfall. Blocked culverts and poor drainage areas caused a few spots in Lincoln and Logan Counties to observe high water issues, one of which resulted in a swift water rescue.
