A cluster of stationary thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall over Dundy County Nebraska expanded south into Cheyenne County. Rainfall amounts of over eight inches fell, with the highest amounts of rain occurring near the Nebraska border. Multiple roads had sections washed out, some as deep as 10 ft or so.
