A stalled frontal boundary and anomalous moisture led to the development of numerous thunderstorms which produced large hail and a few damaging wind reports. Storms were slow moving and redeveloped over some of the same areas which led to widespread reports of flooding over much of central into southern Oklahoma on the evening of the 31st.
