Elsa made landfall as a strong tropical storm across the southeast big bend of Florida on July 7th. Impacts included several trees and power lines blown down along with coastal flooding from storm surge and flash flooding from heavy rainfall. Flash flooding and gusty winds also impacted portions of south central Georgia.
