An anomalously moist environment combined with weak upper level forcing mechanisms allowed for showers to develop across parts of south-central Arizona on the 24th with some showers producing locally heavy rainfall. One of these heavier showers developed over the recent Telegraph burn scar and produced upwards of around an inch of rain.
