Repeated rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rain moved across western Wisconsin on August 11th. This heavy rain produced flash flooding in parts of Buffalo and Trempealeau Counties. In Buffalo County, Mondovi, Gilmanton and Cream were hit hard by the flash flooding.
