Widespread rainfall of two to in excess of three inches fell across the headwaters of the Mountain Fork River Basin across Southern Leflore and Northern McCurtain Counties in Southeast Oklahoma, as well as Western Polk County Arkansas during the morning hours of March 30th. High water routed downstream the Mountain Fork River on the 30th and 31st, and into the Smithville community during the early morning hours of April 1st. This resulted in flooding along the Mountain Fork River in Smithville,
