Isolated to widely scattered storms developed along remnant outflow boundaries on the afternoon the 15th. Saturated soils from previous rainfall in the week led to flash flooding with the afternoon and evening storms. Minor to moderate river flooding also occurred along the Jacks Fork, Current, and Big Piney rivers along with Roubidoux Creek. A few severe storms occurred and one storm near Fair Grove produced an intermittent EF-0 tornado that impacted homes, trees and outbuildings.
