Slow moving thunderstorms produced heavy rain over southern Perkins County. Radar precipitation estimates indicated two to four inches of rain fell. The rain washed gravel off county roads, damaged roads near culverts, washed out a crossing, and damaged the shoulder of Bixby Road near Deep Creek.
