Extensive heavy rainfall fell across portions of northeast Texas during the morning and early afternoon hours of July 31st. These thunderstorms were part of a larger complex of thunderstorms that plagued the region during the late night hours of the 30th. Counties that were hit the hardest included Titus and Camp counties where several roads had to be closed.
