Thunderstorms produced around 2 inches of rain in a couple of hours. Runways at the Evansville Regional Airport were flooded, causing major problems. Northeast of Evansville, a car was stranded in floodwater on State Route 57 east of U.S. 41. Several county roads were closed by flooding in Posey County. Flooding was reported in Boonville in Warrick County.
