By 445 PM EDT on 8th, Horse Shoe Bend Rd flooded east of Newcomerstown; a 9-year old girl was swept off the road by flood waters as she walked home from school. By 5 PM, Blizzard Rd flooded in Uhrichsville. Before flooding ended, basements flooded in Uhrichsville and a few homes were evacuated in Dennison.
