Thunderstorm continued to move across Tuscarawas County during the day of the 28th. By that evening, major flash flooding problems were reported countywide. The city of Uhrichsville was especially hard hit, with 300 families forced to evacuated. The west side of town was reported to be mostly under water by the early morning hours of the 30th.
