Pigeon Creek was out of its banks. The creek was over Highway 57 in extreme southern Gibson County. In Posey County, the Black River was out of its banks and flooding some county highways. In Pike County, backwater flooding near the Patoka River caused some county roads to become impassable. Some streets in Winslow were affected.
