Slow-moving thunderstorms produced very heavy rainfall. Amounts were estimated to range up to 2 inches per hour, with totals over 3 inches. State police reported numerous flooded roadways, some of which were closed. Interstate 164 southbound near mile marker 19 was under water as was U.S. 41 near Stacer Road.
