A thunderstorm complex that formed in the Chicago region during the evening of the 22nd eventually made its way though southeast Ohio. Its southern extent brushed across portions of northeast Kentucky around dawn. These thunderstorms produced some sporadic wind damage before heading east into West Virginia.||A new round of thunderstorms developed during the afternoon of the 23rd along a stalled boundary.
