Several low pressure systems lifted through the Appalachians between the 20th and 24th. These brought several rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall, with some areas measuring 3 to 4 inches over the span of 4 days. Eventually, this water worked its way into the Ohio River, with minor flooding in typical low spots along the river.
